Playa Bella Beach Apartments - San Antonio (Ibiza)

Clean and well-maintained facilities made the stay pleasant.

The advertised kids club was actually for older children only. The restaurant prices were exorbitant.

We greatly enjoyed freshly decorated rooms and lovely food.

We didn't have time, so that's why we would like to come again. The hotel was clean and gorgeous, had lovely views of beach and staff. Marvellous location and overall the staff was exceptionally nice. Dined at Burger King, it was not too far from the venue.

Pool area was very clean and you could always get a sun lounger, no matter what time of day. Family oriented facility and very close to the beach and the ferry to San Antonio Town (visit not recommended there as its filthy!) Within walking distance of nightlife which catered for everyone. Would recommend the apartments as long as they are renovated.

Rooms badly in need of renovating - very tired looking. Rooms could have been cleaner, particularly the bathroom which had black mould growing on the tiles around the shower and on the bottom of the shower curtain. Also, there were cracked floor tiles throughout the apartment and the porcelain was cracked on the toilet base and bidet base. Also our room overlooked a side street supermarket and hotel. Noisy in the evenings from guests staying in the hotel opposite who decided to party on their balconies every night!

The one-bedroom apartment with a balcony had air conditioning, a spacious living area, and a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator. Enjoyed fine views over San Antonio Bay. Pools were cleaned daily, and the splash park was a hit with the kids. Multiple dining options offered delicious meals anytime. Free WiFi was a nice bonus.

Location is excellent. Beach right outside the hotel. Shops and bars behind the complex. Nice swimming pool.

Not enough sun loungers and parasols. Pain to get up every morning before 9 am to make sure u have one.

We had to wait for the check in almost 2 hours. Then we lost the key of our room at the pool and they made us pay 25€ for changing the lock of the door, their lock of the door! We proposed to wait if somebody found it but they didn't want. So we went to ask at the people who were at the pool and at the cleaning staff but nobody had found our key (we had to do this and not the employees!). They changed the lock but they didn't want to open the door until we had paid (we had all the money in the room). We felt like thiefs. We paid the money and they gave us the key. We read the contract and nowere was written that the loss of a key was sanctioned with the payment of 25€. We asked for the official complaint form (wich is mandatory to have for all the stablishments in Spain, as in many other countries) but they "couldn't find it", and they proposed us to use the satisfaction questionnaire that was in our room. We called the police. Suddenly the dj of the pool came to the reception with our key (a boy found it at the fottom of the pool). The police called at the recepction warning that a patrol was on its way. In this moment they wanted to give our money back. We thought that we had lost enough time of our holidays, accepted the money and called the police to say that everything was ok (as they asked us to do). We sincerely think it isn't a correct hotel policy and yhey gave a bad image of the hotel for a measly 25€.

The beach was just steps away.

marvellous location, it was not far from the other restaurant as well as shops, restaurants, supermarkets. furthermore, to everything you could need.

It had rock hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Close proximity to the beach and nightlife of Port de torrent

Quite noisy especially between 3 - 5 am when the clubbers got back

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

I loved the spacious Two-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony, boasting fine views over San Antonio Bay that turned golden at sunset. The engaging kids club was a huge hit, with a chocolate party that kept my little ones entertained for hours! With two amazing restaurants on-site serving delicious meals with a view, dining reminded me of a feast every night.

Fabulous hotel, I loved its absolutely perfect and nice location.

Fairly clean and the staff was extremely helpful and very amiable. It was modern, neat and with a bathroom.

Lovely apartments and the staff are lovely.I Came with my uncle & cousin for a party holiday and that is what I had fab! Fab! Will be going back.

There was everything there, Pool, beach, bars, lovely staff what more can you want? All round great holiday, nothing was wrong to complain about with this hotel.

Thank you very much, I enjoyed the stay and would love to come back. Perfect hotel, all of the staff were very friendly and superfriendly, excellent location so close to the water taxi to get to the other side of the bay. The room was newly decorated and great-sized, with a kettle, a toaster and an oven. The breakfast was sensational, the check in was efficient🙂😀
